ProLogistix is partnering with Starbucks Distribution Center in Minden, NV, and we're hiring Seasonal Order Selectors/Warehouse Associates!

Position Summary

As an Order Selector / Warehouse Associate , you will be responsible for accurately selecting products, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within our distribution center.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Selection & Shipping

• Accurately select products using location information, product descriptions, and SKU numbers.
• Pack products according to distribution guidelines and ensure proper labeling and identification.
• Sort, consolidate, and palletize products for shipment.
• Load customer orders safely and efficiently for distribution.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP guidelines, and food safety procedures.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and accurately to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify, document, and report any quality, food safety, or compliance concerns.

Safety

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and follow all established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Serve as a safety-minded team member by helping promote safe work practices throughout the facility.
• Immediately report safety concerns, incidents, or hazards.

Teamwork & Accountability

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Audit completed work for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
• Support operational goals by working efficiently and meeting productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Commitment to quality, food safety, and workplace safety.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry products throughout the shift.
• Warehouse, distribution center, or order selecting experience is a plus, but not required.
